  • Part 1: June 8-12, 2026 and June 15-19, 2026  (must attend both weeks)
    Hours: 8 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
     
  • Part 2: 5 Monthly Zoom Meetings: August through December 2026
    • August 19: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
    • September 16: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
    • October 21: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
    • November 18: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
    • December 9: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Note: All sessions in Part 1 and Part 2 of this course must be attended in order to receive a certificate of completion.


Cost: $2200 (includes $200 worth of materials)

Participants will receive the following materials:

  1. Coursework Binder
  2. A Guide to Teaching Phonics by June Lyday Orton
  3. The Gillingham Manual by Anna Gillingham and Bessie W. Stillman

This course is open to all interested individuals who hold a Bachelor's Degree in any area of study.

A Certificate of Completion is given at the end of the course to those who meet all the requirements of the course as stated on the syllabus. Participants who do not meet the requirements will not be awarded a certificate of participation.
