A summer program where students shine their brightest.
Summer Explorations provides children the opportunity to engage in programming focused on reading, writing, and language, while filling their summer with enrichment and fun! This 3-week program for rising 1st through 5th grade students takes place in July of each year.
While children with language learning challenges are the focus of the Summer Explorations Program, those seeking help to reinforce and introduce skills are welcome. Students in the program receive the support they need to retain the academic gains of the past school year and begin the next school year with confidence.
Benefits of Summer Explorations participation:
- Students’ reading, writing and math skills are reinforced through the use of the Orton-Gillingham and WoodinMath approaches.
- Each student receives individualized attention in classrooms capped at seven students.
- Students enjoy enrichment activities in STEAM, drama and music, which are interspersed with academic units throughout the day.
We look forward to welcoming students to our Roswell campus for in-person learning and fun each summer.
