Occupational Therapy

Swift School provides comprehensive occupational therapy services through whole-group push-in support for students in grades K-5. Our occupational therapist works directly within classrooms to deliver sensory and fine motor techniques and strategies designed to help students with learning differences regulate themselves and be fully available for learning. Our approach is immersive and multisensory, integrating both fine and gross motor activities that support students' sensory processing and self-regulation needs. We utilize our specially designed "Playground with a Purpose," which provides intentional opportunities for students to develop motor skills, body awareness, and sensory integration in a structured yet engaging environment. By embedding occupational therapy support throughout the school day, we ensure that all students have access to the tools and strategies they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally, creating an inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
