In our 20th year, Swift School is preparing for a journey that will assure a strong future and will strengthen the school’s ability to lead each student to a bright and successful future.
From the beginning, Swift School has focused on strengths and not struggles of students with dyslexia. The school was founded by a parent (Josie Redwine) and a teacher (Gail Swift) who shared a vision for educating students with language-based learning differences and for increasing opportunities in school and in life.
Ambitions that began 20 years ago have changed the course of lives for countless students with dyslexia, have expanded research, and shaped methods in teaching.
With the help of a supportive community, Swift School envisions a world continually improved by the students we educate. Donations to Swift help unlock and open the doors for children with dyslexia. Help celebrate our 20th birthday while honoring the work of our exceptional faculty and ensuring a brighter future for our students.
Gifts reach every student every day. Generosity assures that all departments, classrooms, teachers, and students have access to abundant resources and that the school can meet immediate needs for continued improvement and growth.
Annual giving is the most significant way to support the Swift School mission, core values and educational experience. Like all independent schools, Swift School relies on philanthropic support from individuals, corporations and foundations in order to provide every part of the Swift School experience. Celebrate Swift’s 20 year history and enhance educational opportunities for students that will last a lifetime.
Swift School is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Gifts to the school are tax deductible to the extent of the law. A letter acknowledging donations will be sent for tax purposes.
