Star Report It only takes a few extra coins to make a big difference
Swift School is excited to be participating in The 2019 Great Kindness Challenge, joining thousands of schools across the country to create a culture of kindness. Swift will be celebrating the Great Kindness Challenge during the week of January 28, where students will have the opportunity to participate in a multitude of activities expressing kindness!
Students will take part in a powerful and positive bullying prevention initiative that will lead to more kindness, unity, and respect at school and beyond. To help build upon this momentum, we are participating in a unifying service project, Kind Coins for Liberia, to help build a school and new health clinic in Monrovia, Liberia. One hundred percent of the money collected will go directly to that school!
All students are invited to participate by giving their extra coins! From now until February 11, 2019, students can collect spare change to be donated to support children in Liberia. This is a great opportunity for our students to learn about another culture, expand their compassion, and become active global citizens.
Please encourage your child to bring in extra coins for this amazing cause.
Thank you for helping to create a culture of kindness and compassion in our community and beyond. Please help Swift make the Used Uniform sale a success!
