Why Swift?
Swift School is an innovative community leading the way in supporting students who learn differently. Our immersive program is designed for students with dyslexia, ADHD, and related language-based learning differences, guided by the Georgia Standards, and grounded in the Orton-Gillingham approach. With small class sizes and highly trained teachers, we provide individualized instruction that builds confidence, encourages inquiry, and focuses on the process of learning. This structure ensures students not only meet academic expectations, but also grow socially and emotionally in a supportive, student-centered environment.
Our comprehensive program challenges students to explore their full potential while developing critical thinking skills to thrive in the 21st century. Technology integration, strong teacher-student relationships, and a focus on the whole child help create an inspiring environment for curiosity and growth. Students gain confidence as they build strategies to succeed in academics and beyond, while developing their strengths. We invite families to experience the difference at Swift and see how our community fosters lifelong learning and growth.

Lower Division
Swift's lower school instructional programming was developed with intention and purpose to grow the whole student; that includes academic and social emotional learning. The immersive approach means that the whole school experience is designed so that language skill development is intensive and continuous throughout all subject areas.

Middle Division
Swift's middle school serves students in grades 5-8 where emphasis is based on building confident, knowledgeable individuals. Students are encouraged to participate fully, to take risks, to be self-advocates and to create lasting memories.

Orton-Gillingham
The foundation of the academic program is the Orton-Gillingham Approach, which provides guiding principles for instruction and emphasizes multisensory techniques that involve the auditory, visual, tactile, and kinesthetic pathways.
