Robert W. Gray
Chairman of the Board of Trustees

Robert has served as a management consultant for more than 20 years. He has held various global, national, and client engagement roles focused on designing and implementing strategic and operational improvement programs across most industries and all regions. Robert earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Purdue University. He has authored and spoken on various topics including strategy, M&A, and supply chain management.

Richard D. Phillips, Ph.D.
Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Education Committee

Richard is the Bruce A. Palmer Professor of Risk Management and Insurance at Georgia State University. Richard is a frequent national and international speaker and is well known for his research on insurance markets and the development of optimal strategies to manage risk in corporate settings. Richard's Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Managerial Economics are from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and he has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota

Thomas J. Flanigan
Trustee, Treasurer, and Chair of the Finance Committee

Tom Flanigan is a Senior Vice President with ING Clarion. His responsibilities include directing the Company's asset management, leasing, property management, new development and acquisitions of industrial properties in the Southeastern United States. The managed portfolio currently consists of office/warehouse properties valued at $1.1 billion. Tom is former President of the Fulton Industrial Business Association and is Chairman of the Board of the South Fulton Community Improvement District (CID). Tom is a cum laude graduate of The University of Michigan Law School and graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan with a BA in economics.

Donald P. Sutton
Trustee

Don has owned and operated Sutton Properties, Inc. specializing in Customized General Contracting for the past Twenty Five years as well as Old Mill Cabinet, Co. a Custom Cabinet Manufacturer for the past seven years. At Sutton Properties, Inc. Don has designed, estimated, and managed numerous custom home and renovation projects in the cost range of 250,000 to 3,000,000 dollar range. His work includes experience in commercial and residential construction and land development.

Christine McGinnis, Psy.D.
Trustee

Christine McGinnis is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in Roswell. Christine's pediatric practice includes specialties in child therapy and psycho educational evaluations for learning disabilities. Christine earned a Bachelors in Psychology from Kennesaw University and received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology. She completed internships at the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary, Ridgeview Institute, and North West Georgia Regional Hospital.

Neal S. Solomon
Trustee and Chair of the Marketing and Admissions Committee

Neal is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a leading global supply chain management consulting firm. He has held various sales, marketing and strategic alliance roles in the supply chain and logistics fields over the last 18 years. Neal earned a Masters degree in Business Logistics from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Clarkson University.

John G. Rigney, Esq.
Trustee

John is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Section at Troutman Sanders LLP, an Atlanta-based law firm with over 700 lawyers in 12 offices worldwide. His practice focuses on business litigation and tort defense. He has successfully represented numerous clients, including several fortune 500 companies, in both kinds of disputes. John was selected as a Georgia Rising Star in civil litigation defense by Law and Politics Magazine and Atlanta Magazine in 2006 and 2007. John received a B.S. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law. He is a Board Member of the Syracuse University College of Law Alumni Association.

John L. Kittle
Trustee

John is a Region Business Director Mead Johnson & Co., a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb. He has served in a variety of US Sales and Marketing leadership positions during his 16 year career at Mead Johnson. John earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelors degree in History and Political Science from DePauw University. He has led several initiatives at Mead Johnson for Sales Force Strategy & Deployment, Sales Training & Development, and Medical Marketing. John has also been involved with US Business Planning and related Global Sales projects in both Asia and Latin America.
